The United States Rifleman’s Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the instruction of safe, lawful and accurate use of firearms. We are affiliated with both the National Rifle Association and the Civilian Marksmanship Program.
USRA was founded by a group of firearms instructors from various organizations who wanted to refine the instruction to include multiple shooting disciplines and cover diverse techniques. All of our instructors have received professional instruction and have proven their marksmanship capabilities. Lead Instructors are NRA certified in the discipline they are instructing.
USRA is a member driven organization. It’s leadership is elected at the Annual Meeting, which is held on the first day of our Annual Boot Camp. All adult members have voting rights at organizational meetings.
